The fact that the defendant committed the crime of this case at least seven times before the judgment, while the defendant committed the crime of this case during the repeated crime period is disadvantageous, or that the defendant led to a confession, the degree of assault by the defendant is not very severe, contingent crimes, and the court below seems to have sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor considering the above unfavorable circumstances, and all other factors of sentencing including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, circumstances of the crime, and circumstances after the crime are deemed unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
