1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,525,950 and the interest rate thereon from April 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) With respect to Defendant Incorporated Incorporated Corporation A (former Trade Name: Stock Company B) which applies mutatis mutandis under the provisions of Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act), a confession judgment against Defendant C due to the absence of the Defendant is rendered by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act): A judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
