1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 50,000,00 and 30% per annum from January 28, 2010 to March 29, 2010.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”, and the “Defendant” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”: the judgment of deemed confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant 2: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
