The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving Obaba in B.

1. On June 29, 2017, the Defendant driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the roads located at the 679 prone roads of Ulsan-dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S.-gu, U.S.A. on the grounds that the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act.
