The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a leisure car B.

On November 28, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at around 09:00, while driving the said car and driving the front road of the “D” in the Yangsan City, along the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes, from the boundary of the two-lanes in the two-lanes.
