A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates K7 cars.
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.
Nevertheless, at around 18:00 on October 11, 2015, the Defendant parked the number plate in a white paper to avoid parking control on the road front of the exit of 21 KTX Mine Station, which is located in 21, KTX Mine Station, in the light view around 18:00, and made it difficult to distinguish the registration license plate.
