Reasons
1. The reasoning of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the amended portion as follows. Thus, it is citing it as it is by the main sentence of Article 420
2. The revised part of the judgment of the court of first instance shall bring the “Defendant A” in the 2th part of the judgment of the court of first instance into “Plaintiff”.
3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the appeal by the Defendants is dismissed in its entirety, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
