A. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 37,211,979 and KRW 1,697,00 among them, KRW 6,511,875.

A. From May 19, 2003, Plaintiff A served as a contracting assistant at the Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office from August 27, 2003, Plaintiff B from August 27, 2003, Plaintiff D, and C from June 3, 2003, and entered into a contract employment contract with the Defendant on October 1, 2007 without setting a deadline.

B. On January 25, 2008, the chief prosecutor of the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor’s Office (hereinafter “the chief prosecutor of the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor’s Office”) who is a public official belonging to the defendant who passed the limited competitive recruitment examination (hereinafter “the instant examination”) publicly announced the limited competitive recruitment examination for public officials in technical service (hereinafter “the instant examination”). The Plaintiffs applied for the instant examination and completed the document screening and interview on February 13, 2008.

Each branch office within the jurisdiction of the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor's Office, which has the function of the office staff of the agency to be selected to be selected in the series of classes (class) and the number of persons to be selected shall

1. The number of persons to be selected: Four persons in each series of classes;

2. Qualifications for application;

(d) Career - Persons who have worked for the Constitutional Court, courts, Ministry of Government Legislation, the Ministry of Justice, or prosecutor's offices for at least two years as of the date of public notice

4. Methods of examination;

(a) The first test: Documents screening;

(b) The second examination: Interviews (it is possible to apply only for successful applicants in document screening);

6. Issuance and receipt of applications for taking examinations;

(c) Two copies of a final successful candidate registration: ① Family relation certificate and a basic certificate. ② Two copies of a physical examination for employment. ③ Five copies of a written statement of personal identity of a civilian (for personal assistance).

C. Plaintiffs D, C, February 15, 2008, and Plaintiff A and B filed an application for appointment with the Director of the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office on February 18, 2008 by submitting an identity statement, basic certificate, family relation certificate, and a physical examination for employment of public officials.

The rejection of appointment by the Director of Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office and the plaintiff's 1 Gwangju District Prosecutor Office shall appoint the plaintiffs as public officials in technical service or refuse to appoint them for a considerable period of time after receiving the above application for appointment.
