A. Of the instant land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 1, 1974 by D on September 10, 1974 with respect to shares in 50/112, and on September 10, 1974.

D Based on the registration of ownership of the above shares, D owned a part of the above building on the ground of 156 square meters in part 156 square meters in the ship connecting each of the above points in the table 1, 2, 3, 4, 24, 23, 17, 18, 19, 20, 20, 21, 22, and 156 square meters in sequence, which possessed a part of the land in this case, and had already been located on the ground, and owned a part of the above part of the land in this case on March 13, 1984, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 7, 1984 with respect to the above shares and buildings to E of the Defendant’s husband.

On July 31, 2012, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer based on inheritance by consultation and division on March 6, 2012.

B. Of the instant land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 7, 1974 by F on September 11, 1974 with respect to shares as to the instant land, and on September 7, 1974.

F, based on the registration of ownership of the above shares, occupied part of the land in this case and owned the house above ground, and sold the above shares and housing to the Plaintiff in the early 1980s.

In the early 1980s, the husband G operated a removal from the part where the house was extended and expanded.

(B) The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on January 10, 1980, pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992) on October 14, 1994.

C. Meanwhile, H, the Defendant’s Cityberter, is adjacent to the instant land on September 15, 1969, Incheon.
