On January 30, 2014, at around 01:10, the Defendant: (a) laid the sea gate in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D of Changwon-si, Sungwon-si C and the first floor; (b) laid the sea gate in the absence of any special reason; (c) laid the gate in its possession on the table; (d) laid the cream on the table; and (e) continued to interfere with the restaurant business by exercising the victim’s power of force over about 20 minutes by avoiding the disturbance, such as drinking.
