1. The defendant shall pay 32,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 14, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
On July 13, 2018, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 32,000,000 to the Defendant, including KRW 5,000,000 on July 24, 2018, KRW 10,000 on March 19, 2019, KRW 10,000 on March 22, 2019, and KRW 10,000 on March 22, 2019.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 32,000,000 and damages for delay after June 14, 2019, as sought by the Plaintiff, on the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order.
