However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Crimes committed on February 19, 2014;

A. On February 19, 2014, the Defendant was required to present the Defendant’s identification card from the foregoing B when entrusting a private person to report the use of the CA 1110E motor bicycle purchased by the Defendant to the vehicle registration business office at around that time, in the apartment complex of 300 meculate as the village in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

Therefore, while the defendant was driving as C, he issued a driver's license to C in the name of the Administrator of the Gyeonggi-do National Police Agency, which is an official document held on the road, and illegally displayed the official document.

B. On February 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had the above B, who is unaware of that the Defendant is not C, enter the said B as “C” and “D” in the recipient column of the vehicle transfer certificate at the 327 Sungnam-si registration office of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) had the C seal arbitrarily produced after having the Defendant enter the “C” in the resident registration number column.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of a motor vehicle transfer certificate in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2) On February 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had the above B B, who is unaware of the fact that the Defendant is not C, enter the registration office of the vehicle in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the name column of the delegating person of the report on the use of a two-wheeled vehicle, entered the “C” in the name column of the delegating person of the report on the use of a two-wheeled vehicle and the “D” in the resident registration number column; and (b) had the Defendant arbitrarily affix the C seal.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of the report on the use of a two-wheeled automobile under C, a private document on rights and obligations.

(c)

On February 19, 2014, the Defendant had B submit a forged motor vehicle transfer certificate and a report on the use of a two-wheeled motor vehicle at the registration office of the motor vehicle in Sungnam-si, as stated in the preceding paragraph, and exercised it.

2. On February 2016, the Defendant is committing a crime in Sung-nam City E on February 2, 2016.
