Reasons

1. On June 7, 2017, the Plaintiff agreed to lease the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Defendants as KRW 100 million, KRW 25 million per month, management expenses, monthly management expenses, and KRW 6,746,00 per month, and the Defendant did not pay rent, etc., the lease contract was terminated upon delivery of the complaint, and the Plaintiff claims the amount equivalent to the delivery of the leased object, the rent, and the management expenses. 2.
