1. The defendant shall pay 19 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 18, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On January 8, 2004, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant, and the Defendant repaid to the Plaintiff KRW 11 million out of the above borrowed amount. As to the remaining KRW 19 million of the loan and the following day after the date of the request for performance, the Plaintiff claims for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 18, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day after the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case.
