Punishment of the crime
No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall publicize similar acts of providing property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, or act as a broker or an intermediary for the purchase of sports betting tickets or similar things.
그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2015. 5. 6.경 자신의 페이스북에 “이름을 걸고 보장합니다. 승부보세요. B, 추천인ID C, 카톡 문의 ID D 마틴허용!!! 신규 첫충 10%, 충, 환 승인전화 3분 IN OK” 등 도박사이트를 홍보하는 게시물을 올리는 방법으로 유사행위를 홍보하였다.
