1. The defendant shall pay 350,000,000 won to the plaintiff as well as 12% per annum from October 9, 2019 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on October 15, 2014, lent KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant on November 5, 2014, KRW 100,000,000 on November 5, 2014, and KRW 350,000,00 on January 15, 2015, KRW 50,000 on January 16, 2015, KRW 20,000 on May 20, 2015, and KRW 30,000 on May 22, 2015, to the Defendant.
