1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 11, 2010, the Plaintiff seeking the return of the loan amounting to KRW 30 million and the delay damages for the loan lent to the Defendant on August 11, 2010 by setting the due date for payment as the date for payment on August 11, 2010 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
