공탁금출급청구권양도
1. The Plaintiff: (a) on August 25, 2010, the Republic of Korea deposited with the Daejeon District Court’s official branch office in gold No. 687 in 2010.
1. On February 15, 1928, the Plaintiff indicated the claim under title trust with S in 1/4 shares of TW 1,363 square meters, among TW 1,363 square meters.
The Republic of Korea accepted the above land, and deposited 18,968,410 won as compensation for losses in this Court No. 687 with respect to the above shares in the name of S in 2010.
S died on January 10, 1962, and the Defendants were their property successors, and the inheritance shares of the Defendants are listed in the annexed sheet.
The Plaintiff terminates the title trust with the Defendants through the service of the instant complaint.
Therefore, the Defendants should express their intent to transfer the right to deposit money corresponding to the inherited shares to each Plaintiff, and notify the Republic of Korea thereof.
