The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The Defendant is the victim B (54 years of age, female).
At around 20:30 on September 27, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim's head debt by breaking and damaging the dispute with the victim's head debt, which he lent to the victim's 'D' in front of the ‘D' which is in the city of Speaker'.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) The victim shall express his/her intention not to punish him/her after prosecution;
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
