1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 24,325,89 and the Defendants B from December 18, 2018 to July 12, 2019.
The fact that the Plaintiff processed and supplied materials equivalent to KRW 46,880,449 to the Defendants from October 31, 2018 to December 17, 2018 is no dispute between the parties. The fact that the Defendants paid KRW 2,554,550 prior to the filing of the instant lawsuit, KRW 10,000 on June 28, 2019, and KRW 22,554,550 on July 1, 2019, after the filing of the instant lawsuit, and KRW 10,000 on July 1, 2019.
Therefore, Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 24,325,89 won (=46,880,449 won - 22,54,550 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as prescribed by the Commercial Act from December 18, 2018 to the date of service of a copy of the complaint of this case (Defendant B: July 12, 2019; Defendant D: July 13, 2019).
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
