1. Basic facts
A. A. Around August 2016, the Defendant sold C & C, 13,444.1 square meters (hereinafter “instant real estate”) at the time of leisure owned by the Defendant, but the purchaser was promoting the sale on the condition that a building larger than a certain size is newly constructed on the instant real estate and a part of the newly constructed building is preferentially supplied to the Defendant.
At the time, D was in charge of selling the real estate of this case.
B. Around September 2016, F, the representative director of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), visited D with G having worked as the head of the Defendant’s branch office, and asked D about the sale of the instant real estate, and visited D several times thereafter.

Article 5 (Other Matters) without Article 4, is stated as Article 5.
The Parties to the Understanding shall have mutual rights and interests.
