A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 20, 2006, the Defendant submitted to the above civil service center a false statement that the Defendant was actually holding 1/2 of the size of 43,438 square meters of Dayang-si Dayang-si 1000-1, the Defendant: (a) on June 10, 1960, the Defendant submitted a false statement that he received 43,438 square meters of Doyang-si Dayang-si Dayang-dong 1000-1, and submitted a false statement to the employees that could not know the fact as if he was actually aware of it; and (b) around December 27, 2007, the Defendant submitted a false statement of confirmation with the same content as the certificate to obtain a confirmation from the above civil service center; and (c) submitted for

Around December 27, 2007, the Defendant submitted to the public official in charge of the registration the certificate of false issuance on the equipment, such as the Changwon District District Court Mayang Branch, etc., which was in the movement of Changyang-si, and had the public official in charge of the registration complete the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the gift made on June 10, 1990 on the portion of 1/2 of the above D forest 43,438 square meters.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false report to a public official, and recorded false facts in the land register which is an electronic record identical to the original of a notarial deed, and around that time, exercised the same by having the original district court keep the land register where the aforementioned false facts are recorded in the machinery such as the hard support of the original district court.
