On November 3, 2015, around C 19:50 on November 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in front of C cafeteria located in C Cheongju-si, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, received a report from the Defendant that the Defendant was able to smoke in the said cafeteria; and (b) the circumstances leading up to E belonging to the Cheongju-gu, the Cheongju-gu Police Station D Docke, called the Defendant, would throw the Defendant out of the said cafeteria, and throw the Defendant out of the said cafeteria.

“In doing so, the lower court assaulted the said E’s left-hand lecture on one occasion to walk.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and suppression of police officers' crimes.

The contents and results of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, contingency crimes, the degree of violence, serious reflectivity, the age, sexual conduct, environment, and other various sentencing conditions shown in the pleading of this case shall be determined in the same manner as the order of the defendant.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
