1. The plaintiff A:

A. Defendant C: the real estate listed in Attachment 2. Paragraph 1 of the real estate list;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Land AA large of 634.1 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “instant land”).

A) Co-owners and the designated co-owners of the ground row housing, Q, etc. (hereinafter “ Q, etc.”) are co-owners of the land.

(2) The instant building is to remove the said tenement house and to remove it on the instant land. 14th floor buildings (8 households of officetels and 17 households of multi-family housing; hereinafter “instant building”).

[2] On October 207, Q, etc. entered into a contract for transfer and acquisition of business rights, etc. with the purport that the supplementary intervenor would carry out the remaining construction work under the name AC with the comprehensive construction license, and that the supplementary intervenor will take over all the ownership of the land of this case and the reconstruction business rights from Q, etc. (4) around November 2007, Q, etc. will complete the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to each co-ownership of the land of this case in the name of AC as well as transfer of all the building permit of this case in the name of the construction permit of this case.
