1. The defendant shall pay 469,281,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from March 7, 2019 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The plaintiff has a claim for payment of KRW 187,828,00 for the above company after completing the construction work after receiving a subcontract for the construction work for F, G, H, and I Dong at the construction site of E-Japan from C Co., Ltd. (D Co., Ltd. before its change). The plaintiff has a claim for payment of KRW 281,453,00 for the above company after completing the construction work after being awarded a contract for Jdong at the same construction site. Since the defendant agreed to pay by subrogation the total amount of KRW 469,281,00 for the above construction cost, the defendant's decision based on the confession (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
