The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is the same as the ground for the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is difficult to conclude a different conclusion with the fact-finding results on the Gap evidence 15-1 and 2 additionally submitted in the court of first instance and the fact-finding results on the certified judicial scrivener H of the court of first instance, and it is therefore acceptable pursuant to Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
