The defendant collects pine trees planted in the area of 320 square meters prior to D, Jinandong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and delivers the above land to the plaintiff.

Reasons

The land mentioned in Paragraph (1) of this Article is owned by the plaintiff (No. 3). Since the defendant is infinite trees (Evidence A No. 4), the defendant is obligated to collect the above trees and deliver the above land to the plaintiff.
