A. On June 2008, the network E entered into a sales contract with the Defendant with respect to the land, other than the land of 635m2, Seo-gu, Incheon, the deceased owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”), as follows (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

Within 20 days after concluding a contract of KRW 20% of the first intermediate payment of KRW 20% of the remainder payment of KRW 3,194,700,000 within 20 days after the contract of KRW 30% of the second intermediate payment of KRW 30% of the second intermediate payment of KRW 3,194,70,000 after the designation of the implementer of an urban development project (association) and KRW 20% of the remainder payment of KRW 14 days within 14 days after the designation of the implementer of an urban development project (association), 129,80,00 of the land substitution plan and KRW 10% of the total land substitution plan and KRW 10,649,00,000 within 14 days after the designation of the land substitution plan and KRW 14 days for replotting.

Provided, That the expenses incurred therein shall be borne by "B".

2. The trust registration (or provisional trust registration) in paragraph (1) above shall terminate the trust relationship by means of temporary termination, etc. in accordance with the needs for the promotion of the project of “B,” but re-trusts upon the request of “B,” and “A” shall comply with the above request of “B.”

(A) (A) “A” shall provide “B” with all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership at the same time as the balance is paid.
