1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 25,270,00 and KRW 11,770,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,00,000.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Partial Dismissal Reasons: The Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay from January 1, 2014 for KRW 2,5270,000, but according to the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff, the amount of KRW 1,177,00,000 out of the above amount of the claim before January 1, 2014; KRW 10,000,000; and KRW 3,50,000,000 after the date of each claim formation shall be recognized as damages for delay after the date of each claim formation).
