1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 62,927,387 and the amount of KRW 62,440,434 from January 13, 202 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply to the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” (hereinafter “Defendant”).
