A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, K, L, M, N, andO are punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,000, and Defendant H are punished by a fine of KRW 70,00.

P is the head of Q (hereinafter referred to as " Q")'s Seoul Gyeonggi Branch, and S is the head of the site of Q. The site head of Q. And T is the head of Q. The secretariat of Q.

U is the head of the V hospital branch of QR Seoul District Office and the employee in charge of U.S. duties in V hospital under the W of the service company.

Defendant

A is an employee who takes charge of the duties to assist the patient in the V hospital under the partial president of the V Hospital branch of QR, and the service company X. Defendant B, M is an employee who takes charge of the duties to transport the patient at the V hospital under the jurisdiction of the branch members and service company under the jurisdiction of the branch members and service company, and Defendant C, K, and Q is an employee who takes charge of the duties to assist the patient at the V hospital under the jurisdiction of the branch members and service company X. The Defendants, P, S, T, and U demanded the direct employment and regular employment of the V hospital workers belonging to the service company, and the V hospital was intruded into the V hospital administrative Dong in order to pressure the hospital, leading the president and continuing the farming.

From November 30, 2019, around 05:50 on November 30, 2019, Defendants, P, S, T, and U had access to the V Hospital administrative Dong in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, by using the access card possessed by the V Hospital without the permission of the side of the V Hospital and entered the front corridor of the administrative Dong office through the door.

Accordingly, the Defendants invaded with P, S, T, and U on the structures managed by the V hospital.
