1. Computer and other fraudulent means;

A. On November 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) linked to “E” the cultural merchandise coupon sales site using a computer, and purchased cultural merchandise coupons; and (b) entered the victim G’s physical card number, password, validity period, and CVC number into the victim G’s physical card number, and USD 85.4 ($ 101,935) and paid the said amount to the victim’s bank account.

Accordingly, the defendant obtained financial benefits equivalent to the above amount by inputting information into a computer and other information processing device without authority.

B. From January 9, 2017 to around 08:57 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) entered the e-mail card number, password, effective period, and CVC number of the victim H’s corporate bank bank, which was illegally purchased through the e-mail “frecing Stockholm” with his/her mobile phone, and paid a total of KRW 307,200,00 on five occasions during the period from January 22:02 to around the 10:57 of the same month; and (b) deposited the e-mail card with his/her mobile phone through the e-mail “frecing machine.”

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the above amount by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.

From January 28, 2017, the Defendant entered the I’s corporate bank credit card card number, password, validity period, CVC number, and 10 times in total, which were illegally purchased through the I’s bank credit card number, password, validity period, and CVC number.
