On June 7, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in September 22, 2012 at the Seoul Central District Court on the grounds of the crime of interference with business, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 22, 2012.

The defendant, as the director general of the women's bureau of the C Sungdong branch, is the lessee of the E-building (F building in Seoul Jung-gu) 87, and the 1st floor of the E-building was under dispute between the side of the building management body and the sectional owners of the building.

On January 10, 2012, the Defendant displayed funeral supplies, such as pipes, in the vicinity of the leased place, other than the first floor 87 of the building underground, and displayed approximately 20 persons with disabilities underground, with approximately 20 persons with disabilities, provided that the Defendant obstructed the progress of the interior works by preventing the entry of the victim G, H and other sectional owners, and I personnel in charge of the I artificial test, and prevented the said person from carrying out the construction work. From the above date and time to March 1, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the progress of the artificial test construction by the aforementioned method.

Accordingly, in collusion with the above disabled persons, the Defendant interfered with the use of the first floor and the profit-making business of the E-building, such as the performance of the contract with the victim G and H, company I by force.
