A. Defendant A entered into an agreement with the Industrial Bank of Korea as follows, and received each loan as indicated in the “loan Amount” column below.
B. C jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant A’s debt Nos. 3 above, 90,000,000 as the guarantee limit amount.
C. Defendant A lost the benefit of time by failing to repay the principal and interest of each of the above obligations.
The Industrial Bank of Korea transferred each of the above claims to a limited liability company specialized in the primary securitization, to a limited liability company specialized in the primary securitization, and to a limited liability company specialized in the primary sewage securitization, and a limited liability company specialized in the secondary sewage securitization has transferred each of the above claims to a social company specialized in the b
E. Meanwhile, the Seoul Central District Court 2004GaGa3976 decided on March 17, 2005 that "the defendant A shall pay 90,000,000 won out of the above amount and 75,000,000 won out of the above amount jointly and severally with the defendant A, and the defendant C shall pay 20% interest per annum from February 23, 2005 to the day of full payment."
F. After the judgment above, on July 28, 2006, the Social Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Wooyang”) transferred each of the above claims to one bond management corporation, and on March 11, 2010, one bond management corporation transferred each of the above claims to Solomon Savings Bank, and notified each of the above assignment to Defendant A.
