If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

The defendant is a person who operates a C cafeteria located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and is the victim and the employer of the victim D who worked in the above cafeteria.

1. On March 26, 2019, at around 14:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim D by putting his/her own hand in the victim’s inner part by inserting him/herself his/her hand into the victim’s inner part and inserting it into the victim’s inner part.

2. On April 5, 2019, at around 14:00 - 15:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by forcing the victim by forcing the victim to kiscing kiscing the body of his/her own arms by using a kiscing hand on his/her body, after the victim’s kiscing kis.

5. The Defendant continuously committed an indecent act on April 25, 2019 in the C cafeteria scheme used by the victim as a lodging place on April 25, 2019.
