If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Except as otherwise provided for in any other Act, no person shall transfer or acquire any access medium in using and managing any access medium for electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, around June 5, 2014, the Defendant transferred the passbook, physical card, and password in the name of the Defendant in front of B apartment units in the name of the Defendant, via Kwikset Service, and transferred the access media for electronic financial transactions.
