The following facts shall not be disputed between the parties, or may be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the respective descriptions of Gap evidence 2 through 9, Eul evidence 1, 4, and 5 (including each number, if any; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the whole purport of the pleadings:

Among the on-site investigations prepared by the deputy fire-fighting department, the areas where a fire has occurred and the causes of a fire are as follows:

According to the statements of E employee E (V) the first floor product inspection room and warehouse of the first floor of the factory began to be fire, and the vice president F (V, South and 45 years old) worked for the employees at the above location and attempted to extinguish the fire by using fire extinguishers around the past, but failed.
