Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a military personnel belonging to the United States Armed Forces in Korea who is subject to the Status Agreement of the United States Armed Forces (SOPA) and is a person engaging in driving of the DF car in the Ireland.
On December 20, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of 17:45 on December 20, 2017, and led to the two-lane road in front of Pyeongtaek-si E, using two-lanes in front of the FF, from the through-distance flood protection area to the airside of the Sung-si Hospital.
In this case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by driving the vehicle safely by keeping the front door and the right and the right of the vehicle in a safe way.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went through the above intersection due to the negligence of the victim G(65) who was driven by the victim G(65) who was parked in the above intersection at the front of the above intersection, brought the front driver part of the vehicle with the front driver's length of the vehicle with the low string in the Ireland, and the above string driver's length of the vehicle with the above string driver's length due to the shock of the vehicle at the above intersection.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim G, such as salt panions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks medical treatment, and at the same time, 4,283,123 won of the repair cost by exchanging the said low-speed car with the front driver, etc. Around 2,277,812 won of the repair cost, the Defendant attempted to rescue the damaged person or escape without taking necessary measures to prevent and eliminate the risks and obstacles of traffic accidents.
