1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,00,000 and 20% per annum from August 27, 2003 to the date of full payment.

1. Claim for the payment of judgment in accordance with the Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2003Da44817 Decided July 7, 2004, which became final and conclusive as the cause of the claim;
