On May 5, 2015, the Defendants in violation of the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act conspired and used the lost debit card by settling the payment with the Korean bank eck card after receiving precious metals equivalent to KRW 750,000 from the victim’sO when the Defendants conspired to use the “P” bank operated by the victim’s O located in N in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as if the Defendants had legitimate right to use the L’s bank eck card.
