1. The defendant shall pay 36,897,150 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 8, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to evidence Gap's evidence Nos. 5 and 6, the plaintiff supplied the defendant with the product of 54,897,150 won to October 8, 2018, and the defendant paid KRW 36,897,150 to December 31, 2018, and the defendant did not receive the remainder amount of KRW 36,897,150. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 8, 2019 to the day of full payment.
