The grounds for the claim (Provided, That "creditor" is "the plaintiff," "debtor" is "the network F," and "the changed grounds for the claim shall be recognized according to the respective descriptions of evidence of subparagraphs A1, 2, B 1 and 2, or the dispute between the parties or the changed grounds for the claim.

Therefore, the Defendants are liable to pay each of the money set forth in Section 1 of the Disposition to the Plaintiff, provided that Defendant B, C, D, and E are liable to pay each of the money within the scope of the property inherited from the net F.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them shall be accepted.
