1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:
A. The attached appraisal map, among the area of 572 square meters in e.g. D in e., a part of 98 square meters in e.g.
In full view of the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 9, this court’s on-site inspection results, and the purport of the entire argument as a result of the survey appraisal, the Plaintiff is the owner of an apartment house of 596 square meters in F forest land and 596 square meters in its ground brickd building, and the Defendants are the owners of an apartment of 1,144 square meters in D forest and 1,144 square meters prior to the subdivision corresponding to the above land, as shown in the attached Form drawing. The Defendants newly constructed two multi-household houses on the condition that the Plaintiff installed a 3-meter advance entry into the D before the subdivision into the land before the subdivision into the land at around 2013. The Defendants were divided into D large 572 square meters in lots, G land before the subdivision into the land and E road as shown in the attached Form No. 572 square meters in the attached Form No. 4572 square meters in the attached Form No. 572 square meters in the land before the construction of the above multi-household land.
Accordingly, the Defendants asserted that the part of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Plaintiff is a road from H land to I land, as shown in the attached Form, and thus, it is not the only road leading to a contribution. However, considering the overall purport of the pleadings as a result of on-site verification, the entire purport of the pleading is to distinguish between F land owned by the Plaintiff and H land under construction from one meter, and the retaining wall is installed, making it impossible to pass the person or vehicle. Therefore, the Defendants confirmed that the Plaintiff had the right to passage over surrounding land of 98 square meters and E road of 174 square meters indicated on the attached appraisal among the land area of 572 square meters in Sungsung-si D, Sungsung-si, and that there is a duty not to install goods that obstruct the passage of the Plaintiff on the above land or interfere with the passage of the Plaintiff, thereby accepting the Plaintiff’s claim of this case.
