The Defendant, as the Plaintiff

1. On May 5, 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendant indicated the claim under the Disposition No. 1-A.
The lease contract was terminated on January 7, 2020 on the ground that the lease deposit amount was KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 600,000,000, and the lease term was from May 5, 2019 to April 4, 2020.
Since the plaintiff received rent from the defendant until July 4, 2020, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above real estate to the plaintiff and pay the plaintiff the unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of KRW 600,000 per month from July 5, 2020 to the completion of delivery of the above real estate.
