1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 364,530,848 and KRW 363,973,187 among the Defendants, from December 8, 2014 to April 2015.
Since the Plaintiff’s assertion of the cause of the claim indicated in the separate sheet does not clearly dispute the Defendant, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 364,530,848 and the remainder of the subrogated amount of KRW 363,973,187, Dec. 8, 2014, which is the date of subrogation, 12% per annum from Dec. 8, 2014 to April 30, 2015, which is the date of final delivery of a copy of the complaint against the Defendants, and damages for delay by 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
