Punishment of the crime

On June 2017, the Defendant searched the J office from the above H’s ‘L police station’ to the fact that the Defendant supplied the raw materials of a voltage strawls at the pressure station.

In return, the Defendant received KRW 20 million from H on June 14, 2017, KRW 10 million on June 21, 2017, KRW 20 million on or around July 24, 2017, KRW 10 million on or around September 1, 2017, KRW 10 million on or around September 1, 2017, KRW 10 million on or around January 8, 2018, KRW 10 million on or around January 15, 2018, and KRW 90 million on or around January 29, 2018, KRW 7 times including KRW 10 million on or around January 29, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant received money and valuables under the pretext of soliciting or arranging the case or affairs handled by the public official.
In June 2017, 2017, the Defendant seized the J office from J and K representative H to the fact that “the L police station supplied the raw materials of tensions to the strawls at the pressure station.”
Upon the request of the purport that the case be resolved well and the detention may be exempted, "the inside of the police has been old, and the head of the L police station, the head of the intelligence team, etc. shall be the leader of the intelligence team."
