1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 21, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) on October 1, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (b) lent KRW 60,000,000 to the Defendant on April 10, 2014; and (c) the claim for damages for delay.
