1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 165,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from March 14, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and (b).

Reasons

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on July 5, 2018 with the construction cost of KRW 614.5 million (excluding value-added tax) and suspended the construction due to the issue of failure to pay the construction cost, etc., and the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 165 million per annum from the day following the record that the Plaintiff deducts the amount of KRW 99,000,000,000,000,000,000, which falls under the part the Plaintiff executed until the discontinuance of the construction work, from the time of the discontinuance of the construction work, from the date of the construction work, the Plaintiff paid the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 165,00,000 after deducting the amount of KRW 99,00,000,000 from March 14, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
