1. The Defendant shall support the Plaintiff with regard to the Plaintiff’s share of 4102/4813, out of 711 square meters in Sung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff, as the owner of the real estate mentioned in paragraph (1) of this Article, sought cancellation of the registration of creation of a mortgage of each of the above sub-mortgages against the defendant on the ground that the secured claim of each of the sub-mortgages listed in paragraph (1) of this Article has expired by prescription;
