1. It is confirmed that the following resolutions do not exist at a special shareholders’ meeting on September 25, 2012 by the Defendant.

Reasons
On September 25, 2012, the minutes of the special shareholders' meeting of the defendant stated that three of the six shareholders present at the meeting and made the same resolution as the order.
However, since the above general meeting of shareholders is a factual basis, there is no resolution of the above general meeting of shareholders, and as long as the resolution was stated as above in the minutes of the general meeting of shareholders, the plaintiff who is the defendant's shareholder is also recognized
